Kildare's Advanced Hunter/Jumper Camp
Running from 9 - 4 every day. Earlier drop off and later pick up times are available.
This camp will cover the aspects of riding, training and showing hunters and jumpers, as well as building and riding both hunter and jumper courses. Stalls are available for outside horses and this camp is particularly suited to young riders working on 2'0" to 2'6" courses.
Cost is $350.00/week, including HST. One day sessions are also available.

Camps run from 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday
Before and after care can be provided at a cost of $9.00/hr. This is to be arranged before camp commences.
Camp Program
Riding:
Each day will include at least one hour of riding instruction. On the first day of camp, your child’s riding ability will be assessed and then groups will be formed.
Horse Care:
Participants will learn the essentials of grooming, tacking, horse health, and basic theory in a practical setting.
Activities and Crafts:
Each camp day fun activities are planned such as crafts, baking, movies, outdoor adventures, swimming and games. Emphasis however, is on horse related activities.
Clothing:
Your child will require long pants (breeches, track pants, jeans) for riding. Please make sure that your child also has appropriate clothing to participate in the other activities offered.
Boots that cover the ankle area with a small heel should be worn while riding and working with horses. For other activities, any closed toe and heel shoe will suffice. Helmets with a fixed harness must be worn while riding. If students do not have their own helmet one will be provided for them. Helmets must meet current safety standards. Sunscreen is also essential.
Campers are to bring their own lunch. A snack will be provided.

Campers are invited to follow through with our regular riding programs. During the year we have horse shows on the property and also attend outside shows. They are welcome to join us again for camp at March Break and during the winter.
Fees and Terms:
Current dated cheque or cash must accompany completed registration form. (Fees, less a $75 administrative fee, are refundable only until 14 days prior to the first day of camp) Space is limited, registrations accepted on a “first come, first served” basis.
